The BAS is an expert consultant/strategist, that makes the magic happens behind the scenes before your event begins. They provide advice regarding
all aspects of fundraising. Your auctioneer should provide ideas, give you ideas on how to double and triple your revenue, and best practices to ease stress on event night.
Commonly, your BAS is not going to be the one to show up and bid call. They are going to partner with you, regardless of how much time you have until your event, to provide peace of mind.
What additional services do you offer?
Does check in, check out, or silent auction styling make your head want to explode? Auction software is a wonderful resource, as are fancy decorations, however, the expense(s) could exceed capacity. Your BAS may have alternative solutions to keep event costs low, while maintaining efficiency.
Who will be the auctioneer the night of our event?
Some auction companies have a team of auctioneers. Make sure you are building rapport with the person who will serve as your event night advocate.
