TiWanna A. Kenney, TK (she/her)

TK was born a Fast Talker. As the founder and driving force behind Astounding Auctions & Fundraising Strategies, she has turned her love for speaking into a livelihood as a Black woman auctioneer. She is the fearless hero we’ve all cheered on. As a US Army Veteran, she served as an investigator, seeing first hand the need for more good in the world. She spent over 15 years in the financial industry, where she was known for leadership, volunteerism and philanthropic ventures.
From the military to banking TK is no stranger to male dominated industries. You can count on her to break molds and disrupt and be an ally to the underrepresented in all spaces. She was the first black woman auctioneer to earn the Benefit Auctioneer Specialist (BAS) designation through the National Auctioneers Association (NAA). Yet most importantly, she is intentional about increasing representation of BIPOC auctioneers and women auctioneers.

Her presence is commanding and draws in the audience. She has lived all over the globe and loves exploring different cultures. Inspiring change and service are her passions. A high-energy go-getter, she brings a high level of passion to all of her client interactions. She operates with a sharp mix of creativity and wit, believing everyone has the ability to make an impact in the world.

TK serves as an adjunct professor at McLennan Community College and an instructor of the Benefit Auctioneer Specialist course with NAA, where she’s teaching the next generation of auctioneers to develop their talents. She is also a board member of the Greater Austin Black Chamber, serves on The Black Fund steering committee, and the advisory council for the Texas Empowerment Academy. She presents AFP meetings across the country and serves as a speaker on multiple development and diversity panels.
